Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We require 24 hours advance notice on any airport reservations, otherwise we may charge late-cancellation fee.
All other reservations, including but not limited to: proms, weddings, hourly jobs and limousine reservations - deposits are non refundable.
No show will be charged at a full price + tolls, parking and 20% gratuity.
Q. For what time should I schedule a reservation with Bergen-Limo for a pickup from the Airport?
A. We recommend scheduling your reservation time to your flight’s estimated time of arrival.
Q. Will Bergen-Limo charge me waiting time if my flight is delayed?
A. No! Bergen-Limo will monitor your flight to make sure your driver will be there when the flight arrives.
Q. Will Bergen-Limo charge me waiting time if I'm running late?
A. YES! Bergen-Limo will charge you $1.00/min after 5 min of waiting time, this rate is applicable for sedans, waiting time for limos will vary.
Q. When does waiting time charge apply for a pickup at the Airport?
A. Bergen-Limo rarely charges for waiting time at the airport, because most passengers are leaving the airport within 30 minutes. We give passengers on a domestic flight 60 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight lands, also for international flights we give 60 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight lands. After the free waiting time, we charge for waiting time in 15-minute increments .
Q. I anticipate I will be delayed going through immigration or clearing customs and I want to avoid paying waiting time;can I schedule my airport pickup reservation with Bergen-Limo later then flight arrival time?
A. Yes, just notify the dispatcher when reserving your limo. Delayed pickup is designed to provide passengers arriving oninternational flight with extra time to clear customs and immigration, if you anticipate that you will be delayed going through immigration or clearing customs and you want to avoid paying waiting time, just mention
that to one of our representatives when you book your reservation, for example if you choose 30 minutes delay pickup, then your driver will arrive to the Airport 30 minutes after your flight arrives. Your free waiting time will start 30 minutes after your flight arrival. For none US citizens arriving on international flights with checked luggage, we recommend 15-30 minutes delayed pickup.
Q. Does Bergen-Limo provide a baby seat?
A. Yes, requests for baby seat should be submitted to Bergen-Limo when booking your reservation. Bergen-Limo will charge customers $20 for car seat
Q. How much time should I allow to get to the airport?
A. The traffic flow between NJ to the Airports is unpredictable, please consult your Airline and use common sense when booking your reservation. Add extra time for bad weather or around holidays.
Q. Can Bergen-limo.com driver pick us up at the airport without parking?
A. Yes but only at EWR airport (you will have to call us when you will get your bags)
Q. Do we have to pay NJ sales tax?
A. Only if the full trip is within NJ State (e.g. if u travel from Fair Lawn, NJ to NYC, you don’t have to pay sales tax, but if u will travel from Paramus, NJ to Newark airport, you will have to pay 7% NJ sales tax).
Q. Do I need to pay more if we will have extra stops on the way?
Yes, there will be an additional charge for each stop (all stops must be announced to the office before ride)

There are a number of situations that may prevent us from providing a service that is beyond the scope of our responsibility of control. These situations include, but are not limited to: vehicle malfunctions, break downs, accidents, or unexpected road conditions. In the event that such situation occurs, the customer is entitled to receive a full refund only if no service is provided for the deposit made.
We do not offer reimbursement for unforeseen situations mentioned above and cannot be held responsible if it has a direct or an indirect impact on the occasion. We cannot be held responsible if the prom, wedding or special occasion, hourly service, party arrives late to the prom, wedding or special occasion hourly service, airport or pear. Bergen-limo.com does not compensate the customer for last minute use of another limo or taxi service.
We do not allow any alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs to be stored or consumed in the limos or sedans. All limos are non-smoking vehicles. We cannot be held responsible for any belongings left in the car.
